Hi, we’re Alan and Tiffany, the hearts behind Talo Farmacy.
In 2023, after years of chasing careers, routines, and convenience, we hit a wall. The corporate grind had left us drained, disconnected, and longing for something more meaningful.
At the same time, my skin was in constant distress—itching, breaking out, and reacting to product after product. I had a drawer full of half-used creams, yet nothing ever worked. I was tired of masking symptoms and desperate for real healing.
One day, staring into the mirror, I realized I didn’t even recognize myself. Not just my skin, but my entire lifestyle felt foreign. I was burnt out and overwhelmed. That moment sparked something in both of us. We started questioning everything: the ingredients we used, the routines we followed, and the products we trusted.
What we found was eye-opening. So many items marketed as “clean” were far from it.
That’s when we discovered tallow—an old-world, nutrient-rich ingredient that had quietly stood the test of time. It was simple, natural, and surprisingly powerful. Within weeks, my skin was clear, calm, and truly at peace for the first time in years.

We partner with small, ethical farms to source grass-fed, grass-finished tallow, and we handcraft every formula with intention—just like we did for ourselves in the beginning.
